Rainer Heufers is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Center for Indonesian Policy Studies in Jakarta, Indonesia. Being strictly non-partisan and not-for-profit, CIPS suggests policies that are based on the belief that only civil, political, and economic freedom allows Indonesia to prosper. Heufers is also the founder and Managing Director of Siap Solutions Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based training and consulting firm that provides strategic counseling, public policy consulting, leadership training, organizational development and other services.
